What age should trick or treating stop?

Trick or treating: the cry by children at Halloween when they call at housetop stop trick or treating? Indicating that they want a present or money or else they will play a trick on the householder. Trick or treating is for children to go around the neighborhood getting candy or treats from others during the month of October near Halloween. The question is what is the appropriate age to stop trick or treating? According to pollwizard.com the graph indicates the trick or treating shouldn’t have an age limit

This graph indicates most people should never stop trick or treating and in my opinion and the second highest vote on this poll is at age 13. I think it’s weird when a teenager comes to your door asking for candy. That person probably thinks “wow these kids are desperate for candy” when realistically you can buy your own candy from the store for about 3 dollars. And if I look around I see more kids over the age of 13 trick or treating. It’s understandable when they have younger siblings but most of these teenagers are in groups of 5 or 6 trick or treating…I think they need to stop. It’s meant for little kids to go around for candy …not teenagers.

ADDICTED to facebook...:D

I believe people are addicted to Facebook. I believe i am one of those people. I’m a person with very little time to do stuff and i purposely make time to go on Facebook almost every other day, if not every day. You’re probably thinking what’s there to do on Facebook every day?
my answer is i don’t really know, i don’t go on the apps on Facebook because i personally don’t like those games.so what do i do? I creep on people haha its fun and something new every day! But seriously that makes it addicting? According to some bloggers on yahoo answers people say Facebook is addictive because you can speak to a distant friend. Instant messaging service, meet new people, etc... But then meeting new people could it be dangerous? Yes it can be dangerous if you meet someone then meet up with them in person and they become a stalker or someone very different then you thinks. I only add people on Facebook that i know personally or people that i have mutual friends with. But i think Facebook is a good website to have por que...i can talk to mi amigos from different areas and different states. But i do think i over use Facebook.  As i believe others are to because 2/3 of the world is on Facebook....

Is the world going to end in 2012?

mayan calander

How did all he prophecies start from 2012?  According to most websites the Mayan calendar was where it all started the Mayan village is in Mexico and the calendar ended on December 21 2012 making the world end. But that’s not the only prophecy out there. Saying the sun is going to blow up the oceans will dry out and etc. but according to http://www.nasa.gov/topics/earth/features/2012.html there is an article where NASA answers some specific questions and saying how the world is not going to end.
Question (Q): Are there any threats to the Earth in 2012? Many Internet websites say the world will end in December 2012.

Answer (A): Nothing bad will happen to the Earth in 2012. Our planet has been getting along just fine for more than 4 billion years, and credible scientists worldwide know of no threat associated with 2012.

According to http://www.endoftheworld2012.net/  there is an article that talks about past doomsday and how 2012 is just in the list of them, and how if the world lasted for this long already with all the other doomsdays that have failed we will be fine on December 21 2012. 2012 is just a more known doomsday than any other so there is more talk and more prophecies about it but people are just talking the talk and most scientists believe nothing will happen on this day.

is fright fest better then ever?

six flags great america fright fest!

"Fright Fest returns for its 21st season with more monsters, scare zones, shows and an all-new haunted house, Massacre Medical Center. Fright Fest is going to be bigger and scarier than ever before." said Hank Salemi, Six Flags Great America park president. Fright Fest runs weekends through October with more fright at night.  This year Fright Fest is open later, to scare later. Fright Fest remains kid-friendly until 3 p.m. I have visited fright fest 3 times this year so far. The first time I went was on October 1 and I was scared out of mind not knowing what to think but then the 2 and 3 time I went I wasn’t scared at all. So better and scarier than ever? I don’t think so because I’ve only seen like a total of 15 monsters in one day and that’s starting at 3 and going till 9 or 11 at night. I also don’t think how its coaster during the day fright by night because I’m paying my money to get into fright fest to be scared the entire day, I understand for families with little kids but if you don’t want them scared t hen don’t bring them to a fright fest where there is monsters. I think they should have it scary all day long. The decorations this year are unbelievable but to match the decorations they need to have more monsters and so far I’m unsatisfied with the numbers I’ve seen. All the advertisement for fright fest says it better than ever and it’s scarier and bigger and better. But from years in the past it’s been way scarier and better and had monsters all day long but would still be kid friendly with the monsters out. So in my opinion the answer to the main question is no it’s not better than ever and I hope in the future it gets better.

is cheerleading considered a sport?

In a dictionary you may find the word "sport" defined as a "physical activity that is
governed by a set of rules or customs and often engaged in competitively."
That only makes considering cheerleading more difficult. According to the
Women's Sports Foundation the following criteria has to be met to be considered
a sport:
·                A physical activity which involves propelling a mass through space or
overcoming the resistance of a mass
·                A contest or competition against or with an opponent
·                Is governed by rules which explicitly define the time, space and purpose
of the contest and the conditions under which a winner is declared
·                The acknowledged primary purpose of the competition is a comparison of
the relative skills of the participants

Cheerleading is meeting all these requirements. According
to Teen Ink all the guidelines above are met. So cheerleading is a sport. But
is it all cheerleading teams? The answer is no, only competitive cheer teams
are considered a sport; those are the teams that are meeting the guidelines. So
the sidelines cheerleaders'is to entertain the crowd and lead them with team cheers, which should not be considered a sport. On the other hand, competitive cheerleading is a sport. Competitive cheerleading includes lots of physical activity. Like gymnasts, cheerleaders must learn to tumble. They perform standing back flips, round flip flops, and full layout twists. Cheerleaders also perform lifts and tosses. This is where the "fliers" are thrown in the air, held by "bases" in different positions that require strength and
cooperation with other teammates. Just like other sport, cheer has guidelines for competitive play. The whole routine has to be completed in less than three minutes and 15 seconds and the cheerleaders are
required to stay within a certain area and the way to be considered the winner is to have the most difficult stunts, tumbling, jumps, etc. so according to these guidelines and Teen ink cheerleading is considered a sport. And coming from a cheerleader's point of view I believe cheerleading takes a lot more than what people expect they only see us when we perform and when we try to make it look so easy, but they don't
see us behind screen when we are learning all the stunts and performing new tumbling skills. Cheerleading takes a lot and meets all the guidelines so I also consider cheer a sport.
